Refund Policy
At Qindeel Academy, we value your trust and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. Here is our refund policy:
1. Refund Period:
- You may request a refund within 7 days after paying the course fee. The 7 days duration applies to all courses despite their duration. Refunds can be requested within the 7 days period even the student does not commit to attending classes or skips homework.
- However, it is not possible to request a refund after more than 7 days from the payment date.
2. Requesting a refund:
- To request a refund, please contact the customer service team via email at info@qindeel.io and send a message with the title (Refund Request) including details of the purchased service and the reason for the refund request, and attach a copy of the invoice to the email address.
- Regardless of the reason for the refund request, if the request is made less than 7 days from the payment date, the amount to be refunded will be sent to the bank card that made the purchase.
3. Refund Fees:
- Qindeel Academy does not deduct any administrative fees from refund requests.
- A transaction fee can be charged by the bank or the payment gateway used in the transaction.

- If you have any questions or queries regarding the refund process, feel free to contact our customer service team via the information shown on the contact-us page.
Qindeel Academy reserves the right to change the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on the website along with sending an email notification to all those who accepted the previous refund policy to re-accept it.
